I'm not dead...

Although there are moments when I feel that way! Everytime I think the nauseousness is going away - it comes back again. I found out at my doctor's appointment yesterday that I've lost 6.5lbs. Well, if you're gonna be sick you might as well shed a few pounds. HA! (Don't worry, I'm perfectly fine and so is the baby!) I was somewhat prepared for the sickness again...

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and heard my sweet baby's heartbeat. It was the first time I'd heard it. It sounded perfect! There wasn't time to count how many beats per minute, but all I needed to know was that the baby was doing okay!

Right now our internet situation isn't exactly....pleasant. It's extremely slow and if you open more than two windows at once the internet completely messes up. That's why I've been somewhat MIA. I use my phone for facebook, and that's about it. I've missed my blog world. :( The good news is - we might have found a different solution! So far it's looking promising so I hope it pans out in the next few weeks. Then I can catch up on my blog and my bloggy friends!

Caroline is growing like a WEED. I want to do her 9 month post soon - but I was kind of hoping that we'd have our new internet so I could upload more than 2 pictures to the post. You may just get 9 and 10 months at the same time! HA!

We go on vacation (PLEASE pray for rain so that Judd can go with us!!!) in the beginning of July and I'm pretty excited to get away. It will be so nice to have downtime and be with family. If it doesn't rain at least 1+ inches sometime during the week before, Judd won't be able to go. I know it wouldn't be the end of the world, but I would sure miss him. I would love for him to get to go and have a vacation with us before harvest season starts in a couple of months.

Well, laundry is calling my name. Hopefully it won't be too long before our new internet comes through so I can be back more often!

  1. I've missed your blogging. I'll be praying for enough rain for Judd! Hope things get better with your pregnancy. If it makes you feel any better, I lost 16 lbs when I was pregnant with Abigail and 12 when I was pregnant with Lydia. And yes, both of them were perfectly healthy!
