From working in a daycare ...Glad to hear from you! From working in a daycare with infants for a year, I understand the comments about letting her cry it out. We would get 6-12 week old babies (well, really they did it all the way up until they could babble) that would cry all day long when we couldn't constantly hold them (since we had 4 babies each to take care of), so I would always feel so sorry for the baby screaming their lungs out to be held when I couldn't pick them up because I was feeding someone else. I do think it's so different when you are actually a mom and it's your baby and you are at home.
