I've considered getting some sort of wii workout that doesn't require much jumping but then I wonder how much good it would actually do me. I'm looking for something I can do while Caroline is napping. Yeah - my options are slim, I know. If you have any suggestions, let me know!
(We did have some VERY kind people from church give us their jogging stroller which I would like to use but Caroline has to be 6 months old to go in it. So I've got another month before I can put her in it.)
Suggestions? Or just comments about how you're lazy too? Those would at least make me feel better. HA!

No suggestions here...just laziness. I bought a JM DVD and used it twice so I can relate. (and we ARE on a slab, so I have no excuses) I personally would rather walk; it's much more fun. So as soon as you can get out with that stroller go for it! I have a feeling that Caroline will love that too.
ReplyDeleteI'm lazy too. It's ok, it's the winter time. Ha!
ReplyDeleteI think that as long as you have Caroline fully reclined in the jogging stroller, and you are jogging on fairly smooth pavement (not a dirt/gravel road) you'll be just fine putting her in there to go for a run. I did that with Cam fairly early and he loved it.
